Process for changing object of LLP

1. A resolution is to be passed by all the partners to change the business activity
2. Drafting the supplementary deed in accordance with the resolution passed to amend the business activity
3. Filing form 3 with registrar within 30 days of passing the resolution, Form 3 must contain the new business activity to be carried on by LLP.
